Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have entered the processing stage. If your cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you can return the items after 14 days, within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damage to the packaging (such as a dented box) with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@bristlee.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or provide replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

Shipping and Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we will not be able to offer a resend or refund.
